2012/08/02 - Assor Russia: obtains broker licence for Insurance and Reinsurance
Assor, one of the main French insurance brokers, having launched in April 2009 the first insurance comparator in Russia, continues with the expansion of the Group internationally by obtaining a licence for Insurance and Reinsurance Broking in Russia.
The Russian Federal Department of Financial Markets granted the broker licence to Assor Russia on 26 July last, enabling it to be recognised as a professional on the Russian insurance market.
2012/06 - Ranking in the Argus de l’Assurance: Assor is ranked 4th among wholesale brokers for 2011.
2012/05/22 - Marie-Pierre Victori joins Assor Group
Marie-Pierre Victori, aged 53, has been appointed as Managing Director of Assor France and Commercial Director of Assor Group, with effect from June of this year. She succeeds Renaud Adde.
2012/01/12 - Assor acquires the portfolio of Mascotte Assurances
ASSOR has acquired the portfolio of insurance policies sold under the name of Mascotte Assurances, which specialises in classic cars.
With the acquisition of Mascotte’s portfolio, Assor is consolidating its offering around its core business, i.e. niche markets within mass-market products, and thus gains a new product with high growth potential.
“This new initiative will enable us to differentiate ourselves on a daily basis with regard to our existing offering on the insurance market." said Stéphane Verdeil.
