WELCOME ABOARD

When I launched the Assor «boat» more than 10 years ago, I had the deep feeling that only an excellent team of men and women equipped with strong tools could successfully navigate through those first ventures. Until today we can face the wide ocean that constitutes the insurance market in an international context.

Staying focused on our destination, trusting in ourselves, being able to rely on each other, knowing how to sail close to the wind, change tack, schedule ports of call or navigate rough waters, take risks whilst staying in control thanks to the skills and experience of the team; nothing stopped us from carrying out our project that many considered to be ill conceived.

Today, I am particularly proud of being the captain of this adventure alongside a fantastic crew. I have a lot of respect for those who have accompanied me in this race, which was a little crazy at times, and obviously for those who make up the team today, but especially for our «sponsors», the company’s customers without whom nothing would have been possible and none of this would have existed. Setting sail for the open seas!
