DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Assor aims to adhere faithfully to the principles which have led to its successful development so far.
ASSOR’S MAIN OBJECTIVES
Continue to grow externally.
Armed with its expertise which it demonstrated recently during the takeover of the Gras Savoye Private Insurance Department, Assor has acquired a strong ability to reconsolidate and develop acquired portfolios.
Develop its international presence
Thanks to its experience and techniques, Assor is equipped with solid tools to continue with international growth. Its strengths are:
- its capacity to identify the best opportunities,
- its ability to set up quickly,
- its innovative approach and vision.
Today, emerging countries with strong potential for growth are proving to be ‘fertile areas’ for the group's ambitions.
Expanding the product offer
To achieve this objective, Assor aims to:
-perfect its products so that they are even better suited to market needs and expectations.
-develop the product range to cover the whole of the individual’s needs (wide range of health products, long-term care, loan insurance etc)
Confirm its position as the top insurance on-line provider
In order to continue to position itself as the market leader on the internet, Assor will exploit all the opportunities offered by this technology to the maximum.
Its aim is to become a key player on the internet in order to face up to major future challenges in the world of the new 2.0 interface and comparison sites.
REINFORCING ITS POSITION OF 'SERVING ITS CUSTOMERS'
By developing an ambitious internal roadmap knows as ‘Cap Qualité’ (Striving for Quality), Assor hopes to implement a program, first in France then quickly across all its subsidiaries, that will establish a company-wide charter of the level of Quality expected by our clients (as opposed to the Quality supplied by the company). Based on the concept that all departments contributing to the company value chain will be involved, a work group will be responsible for monitoring the process and looking at client specific issues. This group will aim to find ways to continually improve and interactively raise awareness of putting ‘customer friendly’ solutions in place at all stages, from design to implementation.
